Overview
Recombinant Human Nuclear Antigen Antibody is an antibody targeting Nuclear. Host: Rabbit. Monoclonal. Clone: 235-1R. Format: Purified. Applications: FACS, IF.
Key elements and design rationale
- Target: Nuclear.
- Immunogen: Nuclei of human myeloid leukemia biopsy cells were used as the immunogen for the recombinant Human Nuclear Antigen anti….
- Species reactivity: Human.
- Localization: Nucleus.
- Conjugate: Unconjugated (no label listed).
Biological background (from provided description)
This monoclonal antibody is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research. It reacts specifically with human cells. It is a part of a new panel of reagents, which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of human cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations.
Common research applications
- IF/ICC: subcellular localization imaging with proper background controls.
Notes for experimental interpretation
- Account for isoforms, paralogs, and post-translational modifications when interpreting signal.
- Support specificity with biological controls (e.g., KO/KD where available) and technical controls (e.g., secondary-only/isotype).
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
