Assay Principle
Rolinsatamab ELISA Kit provides plate-based quantitative measurement of Rolinsatamab. Each run carries its own standard series, so results remain comparable across plates, days, and operators in a research workflow.
Background
Rituximab is a genetically engineered chimeric murine/human monoclonal antibody specific to CD20. CD20 is an approximately 35 KDa transmembrane phosphoprotein involved in the activation, proliferation, and differentiation of B-lymphocytes. It is absent in terminally differentiated plasma cells. The Fab domain of Rituximab binds to the CD20 antigen on B-lymphocytes and the Fc domain recruits immune effector functions to induce apoptosis in B cells and is used in the treatment of leukemia s and lymphomas, some autoimmune disorders, and organ transplant.

Performance Data
The kit provides a quantitative range of 0.31-5 μg/mL, an analytical sensitivity of 0.156 μg/mL, typical spike recovery of 80-120%. Plan sample dilutions so readouts fall within the linear portion of the standard curve, and evaluate matrix effects with dilution-linearity and spike-recovery controls.
Target Notes
The target is also referenced in the literature as PR-1594804, h16f, ABBV-176. Curated target information is available under UniProt accession P16471. The corresponding compound is registered under CAS 2095467-30-2.
Common Research Applications
- Pharmacokinetic profiling of the drug in preclinical and translational research models
- Bioanalytical method development, bridging, and comparability studies
- Stability and formulation studies requiring reproducible concentration readouts
