RT-LAMP Dye Assay Kit (UDG plus) contains fluorescent dye, Hieff™ Bst Plus DNA Polymerase, heat-resistant Hifair™ Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase, MRI, and UDGas applied to LAMP reaction with RNA as template. This product is with high sensitivity and high specificity.

What temperature is required for RT-LAMP/LAMP amplification with this kit?

RT-LAMP and LAMP reactions in this kit proceed isothermally at 60–65°C (optimized temperature specified in the datasheet). A standard heat block, water bath, or isothermal dry-bath incubator is sufficient — no thermocycler is required. This makes the kit well-suited to resource-limited or point-of-care settings where conventional PCR instrumentation is unavailable.

How does the Hotstart Bst Plus polymerase benefit this assay?

The Hotstart Bst Plus enzyme used in this kit incorporates an antibody-mediated cold-block that prevents non-specific amplification and false-positive results at ambient temperature.
