Animal Administration[2]
Anesthetize male mice (26-30 g), ventilate them artificially, and place them on a heated jacket to control body temperature. Cannulate a femoral vein for i.v. injections. In thrombosis experiments, give drugs including SR121566A as follows: for intravenous studies, in 0.9% saline (0.1 mL/30 g, 5 min before stimulation); for oral studies, in water (0.1 mL/30 g, 120 min before stimulation)[2].
