Compound Overview
STING agonist-28 (CF510) is a non-nucleotide small-molecule STING agonist. It has been reported to activate STING, increase phosphorylation of STING, TBK1 and IRF3, raise levels of IFN-β, IL-6, CXCL-10, TNF-α, ISG-15 and CCL-5 in tumor cells, and show activity against SARS-CoV series strains[1]. It has a molecular formula of C39H46N14O6 and a molecular weight of 806.87 g/mol.

Safety
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with your institution's chemical hygiene plan.
In Vitro
In THP-1 cells, STING agonist-28 (10 μM; 3 h or 5 h) raises the levels of phosphorylated STING, TBK1 and IRF3 after 3 h of incubation, and raises the levels of IFN-β, IL-6, CXCL-10, TNF-α, ISG-15 after 5 h of incubation, as well as CCL-5[1].
In Vivo
As an adjuvant, STING agonist-28 (im; 3 times at 14-day intervals; 20 μg STING agonist-28 together with 5 μg RBD-Fc per mouse) elicits a strong antibody immune response to the SARS-CoV-2 RBD-Fc protein in a mouse model[1].
