Product Description
This recombinant preparation of T5 Exonuclease degrades linear and nicked double-stranded DNA in the 5′→3′ direction. It is produced in E. coli and supplied at >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Typical use is routine molecular biology workflows such as amplification, labelling and template preparation.
