Product Description
Taq DNA Polymerase is supplied as a recombinant enzyme that possesses 5′→3′ polymerase activity and 5′ flap endonuclease activity. It is produced in E. coli and supplied at >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Typical use is routine molecular biology workflows such as amplification, labelling and template preparation.
