Compound Overview
TC9-305 is a potent, selective inhibitor of apoptosis, with strong inhibitory activity against both Bim- and tBid-induced apoptosis (EC50 values of 0.42 μM and 0.23 μM, respectively). It can maintain mitochondrial membrane potential, reduce ROS production, prevent the release of cytochrome c, and block the upstream pathways of mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis, and it can be used for research on neurological disease such as stroke[1]. It has a molecular formula of C33H37F3N4O6S and a molecular weight of 674.73 g/mol.
