Compound Overview

Telisotuzumab vedotin (ABBV-399, Teliso-V) is an anti-c-Met antibody-drug conjugate composed of the anti-c-Met monoclonal antibody Telisotuzumab (ABT-700) linked to Monomethyl Auristatin E. It exerts antitumor activity with acceptable toxicity in vivo and can be used for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) research[1][2][3]. It is supplied as a colorless to light yellow liquid with an average molecular weight of 145000 g/mol.

Safety

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not for human or veterinary use. Handle in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet and your institution's chemical hygiene plan.

In Vitro

In tumor cell lines with high c-Met expression or MET amplification, Telisotuzumab vedotin (ABBV-399) shows potent cytotoxicity that depends on a threshold level of target expression rather than on inhibition of MET signaling[3].

In Vivo

Telisotuzumab vedotin (ABBV-399) effectively suppresses tumor growth in xenograft models that are resistant to other c-Met inhibitors, and overcomes resistance to small molecule MET inhibitors[3].
