Product Description
TEV Protease is a recombinant enzyme that recognises the ENLYFQ↓(S/G/A/M/C/H) sequence and cleaves fusion tags with high specificity. It is produced in E. coli and supplied at >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Typical use is removing affinity tags from recombinant fusion proteins during purification.
