Assay Principle
Tribioscience’s Mouse IL-4 Fast ELISA is designed to quantitatively detect mouse IL-4 levels in different tissues including skin, muscle, neural, serum, and other biological samples. The detection range is from 7 to 500 pg/mL.
Sensitivity The minimum detectable dose (MOD) of mouse IL-4 is typically 5 pg/ml.
The Intra-assay CV is 3.79%, the Inter-assay CV is ˂10%.
Tribo™ Mouse IL-4 ELISA Kit is a Solid-phase sandwich ELISA for the quantitative determination of IL-4. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Target present in the sample or standard binds the immobilized antibody, is detected with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP, and quantified colorimetrically against a standard curve.
