Compound Overview

Tubulin/HDAC-IN-2 (Compound II-19k) dually inhibits Tubulin and HDAC, with IC50 values of 0.403 μM, 0.591 μM, 3.552 μM and 0.459 μM against HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3 and HDAC6, respectively. It arrests the cell cycle at G2 phase, induces apoptosis, and inhibits the growth of hematoma and solid tumor cells, reducing tumor metastasis and slowing tumor growth in a liver tumor allograft mouse model[1]. It has the molecular formula C21H19FN2O4 and a molecular weight of 382.38 g/mol.
