Compound Overview
Tubulin inhibitor 38 is a tetrazole-based tubulin inhibitor with antiproliferative activity. At 100 nM for 24 h it causes mitotic arrest, blocks the cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis, and it shows high cytotoxicity with a high selectivity index among HeLa, MCF7 and U87 MG cells[1]. It has the molecular formula C17H13ClN6OS and a molecular weight of 384.84 g/mol.
