U-Blot® Pan-Ubiquitin Mouse mAb is a recombinant monoclonal antibody raised in Mouse that specifically recognizes Ubiquitin (Ubiquitination [Lys(K)]). It is designed for detection and analysis of the Ubiquitination [Lys(K)] post-translational modification across research applications.
Ubiquitin conjugates to lysine (Lys, K) residues of a broad spectrum of cellular substrate proteins, including histones, cell cycle regulators, transcription factors, signaling molecules, apoptotic proteins, misfolded and damaged proteins. It also forms polyubiquitin chains via internal lysine sites (K6, K11, K27, K29, K33, K48, K63) to mediate protein degradation, DNA repair, gene transcription, cell cycle progression, apoptosis and immune signaling.
