Overview
Click light‑blue chips for details
Ultra-Sensitive IFNγ is quantified in human cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma using the Ultra-Sensitive Human IFNγ ELISA Kit, a sandwich-format ELISA. Pre-coated wells, a calibrated standard, and ready-to-use detection reagents deliver reproducible quantification; it detects down to about 6 pg/mL, quantifies across 6–4860 pg/mL, and returns results in 3 hours.

Assay Principle

The Tribio® Fast Human IFN- γ ELISA Maxi is a solid phase ELISA designed to measure human IFN- γ levels in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. The main feature is that the kit uses our novel proprietary approaches to combine samples and detection into a one-step instead of the complicated traditional methods. It makes the assay simple, easy, accurate and fast. The measurement can be finished in 3 hours, no need for 5-6 hours (Fig. 1). The detection range is from 6 to 4860 pg/mL. The levels of human IFN- γ samples are parallel to the standard curves obtained using the kit standards linearly. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human IFN- γ protein.

Typical Data This standard curve is provided for demonstration only as Fig.3. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed.

Sensitivity The minimum detectable dose (MOD) of human IFN-γ is typically 6 pg/ml.

Ultra-Sensitive Human IFNγ ELISA Kit is a Solid-phase ELISA for the quantitative determination of Ultra-Sensitive IFNγ. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target. Target present in the sample or standard binds the immobilized antibody, is detected with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP, and quantified colorimetrically against a standard curve.

Kit Components

The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, target standard for standard-curve generation, detection reagents (detection antibody and enzyme conjugate), wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Refer to the product datasheet for the complete component list and quantities.

Safety & Handling

For Research Use Only (RUO). Not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Follow standard laboratory safety practices and consult the SDS before handling.
What sample types are compatible with this kit?

This kit is validated for cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma. Other matrices may require additional in-lab validation.

What is the sensitivity and detection range?

This assay has a sensitivity of 6 pg/mL and a detection range of 6–4860 pg/mL. Samples reading outside the range should be diluted or concentrated.

How long does the assay take?

The total assay time is approximately 3 hours from sample addition to plate reading.

What is included in the kit?

The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, target standard for standard-curve generation, detection reagents (detection antibody and enzyme conjugate), wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. See the datasheet for the full component list and quantities.

What instrument is required?

A standard microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance at 450 nm is required for this sandwich ELISA.
