Product Overview
Research Use OnlyThe protein kinase superfamily contains over a thousand proteins in 57 subfamilies that all share a catalytic core of 250–300 amino acids organized in two domains. WNK, for “with no lysine (K)”, kinases are serine-threonine protein kinases that contain a cysteine residue in place of a lysine residue in a family of proteins that traditionally contain a lysine following a short string of hydrophobic residues. WNK kinases contain a lysine upstream of the traditional position, within a glycine string.

Immunogen / Antigen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human WNK2.
Reactivity Notes
WNK2 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of WNK2 protein.
Storage & Handling
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Safety
For Research Use Only (RUO). Not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. Handle according to standard laboratory biosafety guidelines. Avoid skin and eye contact. Dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.
This antibody has been validated for: Western Blot. For each application, follow the recommended dilutions on the product datasheet and optimize empirically for your sample type.
WB: 1:500~1:1000
This antibody has been confirmed reactive against: Human, Mouse, Rat. Cross-reactivity with other species may occur due to sequence homology but is not guaranteed without independent validation.
A synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human WNK2.
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge vials briefly before opening. Dilute immediately before use.
Customization & Add-ons: Can't find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
