Overview
Zebrafish Nol10 Antibody / Nucleolar protein 10 is an antibody targeting Nol10. Host: Rabbit. Polyclonal. Format: Antigen affinity purified. Applications: IHC-P.
Key elements and design rationale
- Target: Nol10.
- Immunogen: An E.coli-derived zebrafish Nol10 recombinant protein (amino acids Y73-D497) was used as the immunogen for the Zebrafis….
- Species reactivity: Zebrafish.
- Localization: Nuclear.
- Conjugate: Unconjugated (no label listed).
Biological background (from provided description)
By immunoprecipitation of human AATF it was discovered that AATF forms a salt-stable protein complex together with neuroguidin (NGDN) and NOL10 and demonstrated that the AATF-NGDN-NOL10 (ANN) complex functions in ribosome biogenesis. All three ANN complex members localize to nucleoli and display a mutual dependence with respect to protein stability.
Common research applications
- IHC: tissue distribution assessment; interpret with matched controls.
Notes for experimental interpretation
- Account for isoforms, paralogs, and post-translational modifications when interpreting signal.
- Support specificity with biological controls (e.g., KO/KD where available) and technical controls (e.g., secondary-only/isotype).
Customization & Add-ons: Can’t find the antibody you need—or require a custom format for your assay? We can help you source the best match or support custom antibody solutions for diverse research needs, including species and isotype selection, conjugations and labeling (e.g., HRP/AP, biotin, fluorophores), purification grade options (Protein A/G, affinity purified), formulation preferences (buffer selection, carrier-free, glycerol-free), custom concentrations and aliquoting, low-endotoxin options for cell-based work, and application-focused QC/validation support (project dependent).
