Product Overview
A proprietary peptide ligand that targets epithelial cells is built into GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for Epithelial Cells, and it strengthens the reagent's interaction with epithelial cell surfaces. DNA complexes are consequently taken up better by the cells, and SignaGen reports transfection efficiency superior to that of conventional non-targeted formulations. Tuning covers a broad range of epithelial cell types, so plasmid DNA arrives efficiently, and the specialized design sustains robust gene expression without sacrificing high cell viability — a good fit for work on gene function, signal transduction, protein expression, and cellular engineering in epithelial cells.
