Product Overview
HuH-7, a human hepatocellular carcinoma line, turns up often in liver biology, virology, and gene expression studies. Transfecting it is generally harder than transfecting HEK293-derived cells; proprietary peptide-conjugation technology built into GenJet™ reagent addresses that, driving plasmid DNA in at high efficiency and reaching as much as 70% GFP-positive cells under optimized conditions. GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for HuH-7 Cells therefore ships pre-tuned for transfection of human HuH-7 cells.
