Product Overview
Subcutaneous connective tissue was the original source of L929, a mouse fibroblast-like line that laboratories commonly use for studies of cytotoxicity, apoptosis, inflammation, and cytokine signaling. Its marked sensitivity to cell death driven by tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) also makes it a standard tool in TNF bioassays and related research applications. GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for L929 Cells comes tuned for efficient DNA transfection of L929 cells.
