Product Overview
Derived from a lymph node metastasis, LNCaP is an androgen-responsive human prostate adenocarcinoma cell line that has become a staple of prostate cancer research, androgen receptor signaling studies, and drug discovery. Morphologically the cells look epithelial, and in culture they tend to appear both as aggregates and as single adherent cells. GenJet™ DNA In Vitro Transfection Reagent for LNCaP Cells arrives with conditions already tuned for this line, so DNA transfection runs efficiently.
