Product Overview
Primary neuronal cultures rank among the harder targets to transfect, and GenMute™ siRNA Transfection Reagent for Primary Neurons was optimized to move siRNA into them efficiently. Under pre-validated conditions, silencing of up to 80% has been demonstrated for the GenMute™ reagent in primary neurons when siRNA is present at a final concentration of 50 nM, with viability of the cells staying high.
