Product Overview
Efficient siRNA delivery into RAW 264.7 cells is the purpose GenMute™ siRNA Transfection Reagent for RAW 264.7 Cells was optimized around. The line itself is macrophage-like and murine, obtained from BALB/c mice and transformed using Abelson murine leukemia virus. Inflammation, macrophage biology, host–pathogen interactions, and signal transduction are common subjects of study in it.
Once transfected, the cells still suit routine immunocytochemistry protocols aimed at protein expression and protein–protein interactions.
