Product Overview
GenMute™ Transfection Buffer was developed for use with GenMute™ siRNA & DNA Transfection Reagent to give optimal transfection efficiency and maximum knockdown of gene expression. The buffer serves to dilute siRNA/DNA and GenMute™ Transfection Reagent so that the most efficient transfection complex forms. Supplied as a 5x concentrated stock solution, GenMute™ Transfection Buffer (5x), 8.0 mL, makes 40 mL of working solution.
