Product Overview
LipoJet™ Transfection Buffer was formulated for use with LipoJet™ siRNA & DNA Transfection Reagent, supporting optimal transfection efficiency and maximum knockdown of gene expression. The buffer is used to dilute siRNA/DNA and LipoJet™ Transfection Reagent so that the most efficient transfection complex can form. LipoJet™ Transfection Buffer(5x), 8.0 mL, is supplied as a 5x concentrated stock solution that yields 40 mL of working solution.
