Product Overview
PowerFect™ Transfection Buffer was developed for use with PowerFect™ siRNA & DNA Transfection Reagent to give optimal transfection efficiency and maximum knockdown of gene expression. The buffer serves to dilute siRNA/DNA and PowerFect™ Transfection Reagent so that the most efficient transfection complex forms. Supplied as a 5x concentrated stock solution, PowerFect™ Transfection Buffer (5x), 8.0 mL, makes 40 mL of working solution.

Kit Contents
- PowerFect™ Transfection Buffer, 8.0 mL/vial, to make 40 mL of working solution (1x ), sufficient for 1000 transfections in 24-well plate
Applications
This transfection buffer is used to prepare transfection complexes with the matching SignaGen transfection reagent, for both DNA and siRNA delivery. Use it to dilute the nucleic acid and the reagent as described in the protocol.
